The founders of S G Public School strongly believe that children without holistic education are like birds without wings. The motive behind establishing SGPS is to ensure that the children of this district Pt. DDU Nagar (Chandauli) will have access to quality education in accordance with the changing global needs. The children in this area have exposure to conducive learning environment so that they may acquire fundamental values and essential skills so that they may contribute values such that they are able to contribute in the national growth. With this aim and vision, the foundation of SGPS was laid at Pt DDU Nagar (earlier Mughalsarai) in the year 2002 by SHANTI GOPAL SIKSHAN SANSTHAN. With a modest start of only 40 children, SGPS stands tall with more than 2000 children under its banner. Today, SGPS is recognized as one of the best schools in Chandauli district with faculty and facilities that impart quality education and empower students to face the challenges of future life.
