Dr. Shashi Kant Singh Mahavidyalaya was established in 2015 and is an affiliated college in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The college is located in the Chiraigaon Block of Village-Bariyasanpur and is completing a decade of fulfilling the educational needs of this backward region. The college has three courses at the undergraduate level: B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc., catering to such a mammoth scope in academic interests. The college has a small enrolment of 725 students, making the college less in number and allowing to offer an intimate learning environment for the students.

Dr. Shashi Kant Singh Mahavidyalaya owns a range of facilities, which are created to generate a more ample learning experience for the students. The central library is well equipped with a large number of books dealing with diversified subjects and has specialized materials for competitive exams. Students are also availed access to e-libraries, specifically UGC N-LIST so that resources are at the convenience of the students. The laboratories are department-based and appropriate to each of the fields under study. In continuation with its commitment to pace with developing technology, the campus has a computer lab. It, therefore, encloses the college in indoor and outdoor sports facilities to ensure that students are physically fit, hence encouraged to meet the desired development goals. Besides classrooms, there is an auditorium that houses events and seminars to maintain a dynamic academic environment.
