Magadh University is a state-public university located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. The university is approved by the UGC and accredited with a "C" grade by the NAAC. It is the largest university in Bihar with a campus sprawling over 460-acres, which comprises 24 PG departments and 44 constituent colleges. Besides that, there are 175 Magadh University affiliated colleges. At present, Magadh University is offering UG, PG, Doctoral, Diploma, and vocational degree courses in various fields. Recognized by the Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Magadh University is also offering distance education through its affiliated colleges.
