    Dr. Lal has held several administrative positions, including Pro-Vice Chancellor of Munger University and acting Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Magadh University.

    He has over 25 years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including time as a lecturer, reader, and university professor. 
  • Leadership in TMBU:
    As Vice Chancellor of TMBU, Dr. Lal has been instrumental in various academic and administrative initiatives, including:
    • Focus on Student Development: He has emphasized the importance of character building and positive personality alongside academic pursuits and professional development. 
    • Quality Research: He has stressed the importance of quality research work and urged university officials to make sincere efforts to regularize the academic session.
